To maintain a calm, luxury experience for every guest, please review the following: All appointments require a non-refundable deposit. Deposits are transferable one time only if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Late Policy A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be automatically canceled and your deposit forfeited. If we are not able to accommodate you after 15 minutes, a late fee will not be applied. Please understand that late arrivals affect the experience of all scheduled clients, and we value everyone’s time. Cancellations Same-day cancellations will result in a 30% service fee charged to the card on file. Clients with repeated late arrivals or same-day cancellations may be dismissed from booking future appointments.
